Step - 1

After registering into Mobile Application ‘CIT2ADM for Pedestrians’ then logged in, Citizen may decide to report issue he is facing during his WALK, in the neighborhood at Work or at Home.

Citizen can therefore decide to submit a REPORT including PHOTO w/attached GPS and a description of the Issue. In this example shown, CITIZEN found manhole cover missing so he decides to immediately report the ISSUE.

Step - 2

CITIZEN uses Mobile Application “CIT2ADM for Pedestrians” running on Android, to send a Detailed Report describing the ISSUE.

The Report posted will be then immediately visible in the APK by any Citizen in the Neighborhood as well as by the Municipality in charge of the AREA.

Step - 3

Municipality has full access in the CIT2ADM ADMN PANEL to check on daily basis, what happens in the Territory they are in charge of.

After filtering the report, Municipality will select and Act on several Issues reported.

Step - 5

Field Technician will complete his work and provide full status of his work, in addition to new Photo to be shared with Citizen’s community, so this proved real collaborative and interactive work, taking place between Administration and Citizen.
